We process projects in 3D via Pro Engineer or Solid Works including all technological relevancies for a given way of production. Thanks to many years of experience we are able to draft and use optimal technologies of production starting from machined parts, metal components, laminate components, vacuum formed parts, plastic elements and ending with aluminium casting.

A special importance in our experience plays reverse engineering and creating shapes using advanced surfacing tools. Reverse engineering is a 3D electronic model development based on a completed product or actual model. Its main use is in developing complicated, shape-non-definable components or when developing ergonomic parts such as various rifle butts, handels, chairs, etc. Thanks to ProEngineer software and our experience we are one of the few capable of developing a product so to say without shape limitation but still with a quality surface definition.

Data documents are always the output which are possible to be used for direct production of prototype models or consequently for production tools. Data documentation is created together with technical drawing of each component and assembly.
